About Lallier Grand Rosé Brut Champagne
An elegant and refined premium champagne.
A refined rosé crafted from Grand Cru heritage
The Grand Rosé Brut by Lallier hails from the Grand Cru terroirs of Champagne (notably Aÿ, Verzenay, Bouzy, Ambonnay for the Pinot Noir component) with a complementary portion of Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs.
Blend & production highlights

Tasting Notes
-
Colour: Pale salmon-pink hue.
-
Aroma / Nose: Fresh wild strawberry, raspberry, red currant, and subtle citrus / mandarin notes.
-
Palate: A round, fruit-forward attack of red berries and floral touches, leading to a fresh and saline-tinged finish.
Why it stands out
-
A high-quality rosé Champagne from a house located in Grand Cru terroir, offering more structure and finesse than many entry-level rosés.
-
The dominance of Pinot Noir lends depth and red-fruit character, while the Chardonnay brings freshness and elegance.
-
Its distinctive production method (warm maceration) ensures vibrant colour and flavour while maintaining finesse.
-
Versatile: works beautifully as an aperitif, for celebrations, and pairs elegantly with seafood or lighter desserts.
