Description
Production & Aging OF Clase Azul Tequila 25th Anniversary Limited Edition
Here are the details on how this edition is made:
| Step | Info |
|---|---|
| Agave | 100% Blue Weber Agave. Some of the agave is milled using a traditional stone mill (Tahona), a nod to older tequila‑making practices. |
| Fermentation | The fermentation is extended / lengthened to bring out citrus and fruity notes. |
| Barrel Aging | Aged for about 8 months in two different first‑use American whiskey casks. These barrels contribute distinct characteristics to the final blend. |
| ABV & Size | Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). Typical retail bottles are 750 mL |
