Why It Stands Out:
-

-
Blends major Champagne varietals with finesse and the hallmark delicate yet structured house style of Perrier-Jouët.
-
The bottle is a work of art: featuring the iconic hand-painted anemone motif, reflecting both heritage and luxury.
-
It offers strong drinking potential now and over the next decade, making it suitable for both immediate celebration and cellaring.
Serving & Pairing Tips:
-
Chill to about 8-10 °C to allow full aromatic development.
-
Serve in a tulip or white wine glass (rather than a narrow flute) to appreciate its complexity.
-
Pair with elegant foods: lobster, pigeon, salmon with cranberry sauce, fine shellfish, or delicate desserts like raspberry pavlova.
-
Store upright in a cool, dark environment away from strong odours and light. Vintage champagnes benefit from stable conditions.
